With over two decades of experience overseeing hundreds of residential and commercial properties, Dino has cultivated a deep understanding of market cycles, operational efficiencies, and investor profitability.
His leadership philosophy is rooted in transparency, accountability, and performance. Under his direction, New Concept has built an infrastructure that merges property management insights with sales and investment strategy — offering clients a 360° view of their assets.
Heather Leask
Heather Leask is the Co-Founder of the New Concept Investor Club and Head of Growth at New Concept, where she leads sales and investment strategy across Southern Arizona. Beginning her real estate journey as a property investor, Heather rapidly expanded her own portfolio, gaining firsthand insight into the operational and financial factors that drive returns. Her background in data analysis and engineering allows her to merge quantitative insights with practical real estate expertise — helping clients make informed, strategic decisions in a competitive market.
